By using US Forever (“the service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
Content and reviews
- You keep ownership of the content you post and grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display and distribute it within the service.
- Reviews must reflect real experiences. Fake, paid-for, or defamatory reviews are prohibited and may be removed.
- Do not post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringes the rights of others.
Community guidelines and user content
US Forever is a community-focused platform. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users, and we act on every report.
- No objectionable content. You must not post, share, or transmit content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. This includes reviews, profile information, photos, and any other user-generated content.
- No abusive behavior. Targeting, bullying, or abusing other users — whether in reviews, messages, or any other feature — is strictly prohibited.
- Report and block tools. You can report objectionable content or abusive users directly in the app using the Report button. You can also block any user to prevent them from interacting with you. We review every report.
- 24-hour response commitment. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours. Objectionable content will be removed and abusive users will be permanently removed from the platform.
- Consequences. Violations of these guidelines will result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban, depending on severity. We reserve the right to take action without prior notice.
Business listings
Business information may be sourced from public data, community submissions or claimed by the owner. Owners may claim and manage their listing by following the in-app process. We may remove or edit listings that violate these terms or that cannot be verified.
Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, scraping data, bypassing security or using it to promote illegal activity.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for conduct that violates these terms. You can close your account at any time.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We make no warranties about the accuracy of business information submitted by third parties. Always verify directly with a business before making a decision.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
